Affordable housing is available to just about everyone who makes less than the area medium income (AMI) and what you pay to rent or purchase an affordable place is dependent on a few factors: the location of the place is rated from 30% AMI up to a higher level, the amount of your annual household income and the number of people living with you determine what AMI set price figure on the Price List you will pay.
Affordable housing costs the same no matter what neighborhood or street corner it is located in, because State, Local and Federal government set uniform pricing.
These price lists cover all Massachusetts Cities and ‘Towns.
