Lowell apt applications are due Feb 26th. A  lottery will be held Tuesday March 21st at noon in public at the Pollard Memorial Library in Lowell, MA.

88 Hudson Street Condominiums consists of 51 Income Restricted condominiums located within the Parcel 24 development in the Chinatown neighborhood of Boston. The 51 income restricted condos include a combination of 1 Bedrooms, 2 Bedrooms and 3 Bedrooms units that are in the 60% AMI, 80% AMI and 100% AMI categories.  Prices will range from $113,000 for 1BR to  $300,000 for 3BR. 

INCOME RESTRICTIONS are scaled according to AMI percentage and number of persons in the household.
